We're confident in our learning method! If you study diligently for 30 days and don't see results, we'll give you a 100% refund. This applies only to direct Stripe payments.
Refund Eligibility (Stripe Payments)
You may be eligible for a refund if the following conditions are met:
- Request is made within 30 days of your initial purchase
- You have learning records for at least 15 days out of 30 days
- You have completed at least 14 cases (proof of diligent study)

- Our team will verify your learning records and respond within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will automatically switch to the free plan.
